It is a budget hotel near the railway station. One can stay here over a night if need to catch train in odd hours or emergency. As it is budget hotel not much can be expected. Room upkeep is average and furniture is also old. Check the room before check-in.

Low budget property located above a commercial complex. Small rooms with OK furniture and decent food. Breakfast served in room. Good for Business travelers visiting the CBD. Access is poor. Little overpriced

I have stayed there in mid-November, hotel has sent a car for our pick up and with driver was very rude, room was not clean. By the morning , geyser was not working and we complained regarding this, than the reception person was saying "Main kisiko bhejta hun balti mein garm pani dedega" and after i shouted there, and than they changed our room with more cost. But As usual i shouted for that also.

Before I get started, I should point out that we are usually very tolerant and not fussy when it comes to hotels, we have stayed in worse if the location is good, staff are friendly, or prices are decent, etc. This hotel had no redeeming features. No pickup from the train station, and no apology from the manager who was extremely rude. Also tried to claim we had only paid 10% deposit via our booking company, and that there was no drop off included, even though it was clearly written on the hotel voucher. Had to argue to point. Overstaffed - several staff sitting around for a relatively small hotel, all angling for a tip for showing us the room has a bathroom and which way to turn the taps! Room was damp and smelt stale, mouldy dirty walls, bathroom was very unclean and could hear neighbouring bathroom activities clear as day. No WiFi in room and TV wasn't working properly. Found a much nicer hotel, the Santa Inn a short walk away (very friendly staff, clean rooms, WiFi, etc) and the booking company agreed to pay for us to stay there instead, so similar prices. But when we went to check out the manager refused to hand over our voucher (physically snatching it away) and wanted to try and arrange for us to stay at a "better" hotel. Would not listen and it turned into a big scene when all we wanted was the voucher back and to leave. Left without it. Do not stay here, terrible all round and expensive.
